What The Role Looks Like Day to Day

It goes without saying that no two days will look the same. This is a business that is on an exciting growth journey, and you will be part of this growing brand, your day-to-day will look like:

• You’ll oversee operations across all locations, making sure every guest leaves with an experience that drops into the family WhatsApp group with only positive emojis.
• You’ll be responsible for growing the teams through targeted recruitment, training and motivating teams to achieve business goals and deliver outstanding results.
• You will need to be able to use your commercial insight and operational expertise to boost revenue and drive profitability.
• A key element of this role is to ensure all health, safety, and financial standards are met with confidence and consistency.
• It goes without saying that as an area manager, you will play a key role in launching exciting new sites and contributing to innovative projects.
• Feedback loops are critical, you will need to be able to communicate to stakeholders and keep them informed by reporting on budgets, performance, and key updates.

What We Need In Our Area Managers

We understand that area manager jobs in hospitality can, at times, be challenging. We understand the challenges and we work with our area managers closely to mitigate as many of those challenges as we can. As a minimum, we will require the following for the role.

• 3+ years of multi-site management in leisure, retail, or hospitality, the ideal candidate would also have experience or a good understanding of opening new sites.
• You will thrive in this role if you have an entrepreneurial approach.

• This is a national remote role with a basic salary of £60,000 + bonus, travel and package to be negotiated.
